Applied, what's next?
I've applied - now what do I do?
- If you applied online, you will receive your UVic student number by email within several days. If you submitted a paper application, you will receive your UVic student number via email or mail when your admission contact processes the form.
- You will receive a letter providing you with an admissions contact, information regarding the completion of your application process, and instructions on how to check your application status online.
- When your application is complete and a decision is made, we will send you a letter to let you know. You will be able to check this online as well.
- Review the financial aid options available to you. Keep in mind that entrance scholarships, bursaries, and loans all require separate applications.
- Interested in living on-campus? You will need to complete the online campus Housing application process. Don’t wait until you're admitted to apply for housing!
